Ownership of all goods supplied remains vested in GreenGear until payment is made in full.
Shipping
All orders are usually shipped within 3-5 days from confirmation of order, subject to availability of stock and receipt of payment. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment including any tracking information if applicable. All items purchased from GreenGear are made pursuant to agreements with shipping and delivery agents and risk of loss pass from GreenGear to such agents upon delivery of any item to such carrier. All shipping costs will be pre-paid by the Buyer.
South African Post Office (SAPO) "counter-to-counter" deliveries are normally used to send our items, however we may use different couriers depending on the weight, size and destination of the order. Should you wish to have your package insured, please ensure that you choose the shipping method which includes insurance.
Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, and you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Faulty equipment is to be returned to GreenGear offices in Cape Town only. GreenGear offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products (see conditions for CD and DVD returns). Shipping charges are not refundable.
CD and DVD Return Policy
CD and DVD purchases from GreenGear can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. CDs and DVDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. Defective CDs will be exchanged for the same CD title.
Shipping fees incurred in the processing of the order are not refundable.
Cancellations
We will accept cancellations on orders still pending but if we have incurred costs these will be passed on to you. GreenGear shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any damage, direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise sustained by the purchaser whether or not caused by the negligence of the seller, its agents or employees. Interest will accrue on overdue amounts.
